Saturday, September 19 Arlington will be hosting Sports Physicals on campus with the help of the Riverside Medical Clinic.

Students must have a yearly physical to participate in all athletic programs, cheer, dance, color-guard, band, orchestra and ROTC.  Students will register through AthleticClearance.com to complete the clearance packet.  As you go through the process of registering with AthleticClearance.com  you will be able to download the physical form or you can click here to print out the physical forms needed.  Bring all
